Alternorm Ministries

About Us

Alternorm Ministries was formally inaugurated in 1997 by Joe Ifah and his wife Bola. Joe is a talented musician, singer, writer, playwright, actor, and producer. The ministry was started to creatively communicate the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through the arts and media, to the end that norms be altered and God be glorified, as Christ is enthroned in hearts and lives.

Activities

SKOOP: Alternorm’s outreach teams have been visiting schools, setting up sessions of fun with the kids - at absolutely no cost to the schools visited! We call it SKOOP, for Skools Outreach Program. A typical session presents the Gospel through an hour or two of good music, theatre, dance, humor and inspirational speech.

Soundalive: Soundalive is Alternorm Ministries’ music team. The recently reconstituted band promises to be a city-shaker! Already, word is going round in Jos that something special is brewing at Alternorm. You wonder why? Wait till you hear the band!


Studio: Located in Jos, Nigeria, the studio produces media and music for Christian groups and individuals.
